is a sustainable project run as a collaboration between local craft brewery Stockholm Brewing Co. & Karshamra organic farm in Botkyrka just south of Stockholm. Here we grow most of what is served on the plates, complemented by a small stock of lambs and sheep as well as heritage breed cows.
This is also where we recycle all the organic waste from the brewery and restaurant, thru composting and feed to our animals. Our vision is sustainability in every aspect and to minimize waste, but first and foremost, really tasty food & beer.
